Welcome to CODEPUL. By accessing our website or using our software development services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Agreement

All projects, whether custom or pre-built, are executed according to written agreements, proposals, or confirmed quotations. The client must review and approve the scope before development begins.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the agreed milestones or invoices.

Final deliverables, including source code, are handed over only after full payment is received.

Delayed payments may result in suspension of ongoing services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership or usage rights of the final product as per agreement. CODEPUL retains the right to use project visuals or demos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information, project data, and timely feedback.

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials or API keys shared.

Ensure all provided content (text, images, logos) does not violate copyrights or laws.

5. Warranty & Support

We provide free support for reported bugs and performance issues within the agreed warranty period after delivery. New feature requests, redesigns, or third-party errors are not included in free support.

6. Limitation of Liability

CODEPUL is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including data loss, profit reduction, or downtime resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other fails to meet contractual obligations. Upon termination, all completed work up to that point remains billable.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or interpretations of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and legal proceedings shall take place in Lahore.
