1. Non-Refundable Services
Once a project has been initiated, planned, and development has begun, payments are considered final and non-refundable because our team invests time, resources, and effort into each task. This includes:
Custom software development
Mobile app development
Website design and setup
Source code customization or integration
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:
The project has not yet started after payment and you request cancellation.
A major technical issue from our side cannot be resolved despite multiple attempts.
The service was not delivered as per the agreed scope and documentation.
Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved only after internal verification.
3. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used for the transaction.
4. Customer Satisfaction
Our goal is client satisfaction. In case of any issue, we encourage you to contact our support team. We will analyze the situation and provide solutions such as bug fixing, improvements, or adjustments at no extra cost when applicable.
